Ready-to-Press DTF Logo Transfer

Description

Order repeated copies of your logo or design without needing to create your own gang sheet.

Simply choose your required transfer size and quantity, upload one print-ready design, and we will resize and arrange the artwork for you.

Your transfers will be printed, powdered and cured, ready to cut apart and apply using a heat press or iron.

Choose Your Transfer Size

Mini – Up to 50 mm

Suitable for small sleeve logos, neck labels, subtle branding and small accessories.

Small – Up to 75 mm

Suitable for children’s clothing, sleeves and smaller chest logos.

Standard – Up to 100 mm

Our most popular option for left-chest workwear and company logos.

Large – Up to 150 mm

Suitable for larger chest designs, tote bags and more prominent branding.

Your artwork will be resized proportionally to fit within the selected maximum size.

We will not stretch or distort your design.

Artwork Requirements

Please upload one high-quality, print-ready design.

For the best result, supply:

• A transparent-background PNG
• A print-ready PDF
• A high-resolution image
• Artwork created at 300 DPI where possible

Your artwork should not contain an unwanted white or coloured background.

Please avoid uploading:

• Screenshots
• Blurry images
• Photographs of printed logos
• Images downloaded from social media
• Low-resolution artwork
• Files with unwanted backgrounds

White elements must be included in the artwork. White areas of your design will be printed using white DTF ink.

Artwork Checking

Basic sizing and sheet arrangement are included in the product price.

Your artwork will be checked for obvious printing issues, but we do not automatically proofread or recreate supplied designs.

• Contact details
• Dates
• Logo colours
• Design placement
• Overall artwork quality

Background removal, extensive editing or logo recreation may incur an additional artwork charge.

We will contact you before carrying out chargeable artwork work.

How Your Transfers Are Supplied

Transfers are supplied together on DTF film with space between each design.

You will need to cut the individual transfers apart before pressing them onto garments.

Individual cutting is not included as standard.

DTF Pressing Instructions

1. Pre-press the garment briefly to remove moisture and creases.
2. Place the transfer with the printed side facing the garment.
3. Press at 150°C for 10 seconds using firm, even pressure.
4. Peel the transfer film while hot.
5. Allow the garment to cool before stretching, folding or wearing.

Heat presses and fabrics can vary. We recommend testing your settings before completing a large production run.

Suitable Materials

DTF transfers can be applied to many common fabrics, including:

Always check that the garment can safely withstand the required pressing temperature.

Washing Instructions

For the best durability:

• Wait at least 24 hours before washing
• Wash the garment inside out
• Use a low-temperature wash
• Avoid bleach
• Do not tumble dry on high heat
• Do not iron directly over the printed design
