Small Left Chest and Large Back

A small logo on the front with a larger design on the back.

Because reflective tape, fastenings and garment seams limit the available print area, the exact position and size will be adjusted to suit the vest.

Artwork should ideally be supplied at 300 DPI.

Artwork Preparation

Basic sizing and positioning are included.

Your design will be resized proportionally to fit the selected print area. It will not be stretched or distorted.

Background removal, logo recreation, extensive editing or improving poor-quality artwork is not included in the standard price and may incur an additional artwork charge.

We will contact you before carrying out any chargeable artwork work.

White Elements in Your Design

White parts of your design must be included in the uploaded artwork.

White areas will be printed where required and may be especially important when applying logos to yellow or orange garments.

Artwork Approval

Artwork will normally be printed as supplied.

The Prestwick Printhouse cannot accept responsibility for errors already contained in supplied or approved artwork.

How Your Vest Is Printed

Your design will be applied using a professional garment-printing transfer.

This process allows detailed logos, text and full-colour designs to be printed onto the vest.

The finish is printed rather than embroidered.

Washing and Care Instructions

To help protect the print:

• Wait at least 24 hours before the first wash
• Fasten the vest before washing
• Wash at a low temperature
• Use a mild detergent
• Avoid bleach
• Do not dry clean
• Avoid high-temperature tumble drying
• Do not iron directly over the printed design
• Do not apply heat directly to reflective tape

Always follow the care label inside the garment.

Production Time

Custom printed hi-vis vests are made to order.

Production begins once payment and suitable artwork have been received.
