At The Prestwick Printhouse, we take pride in delivering high-quality print products and services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

Due to the custom nature of our printing services, we generally do not accept returns unless there is a defect or error on our part. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• You must provide proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue.

• Returns must be approved by our team before being sent back.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in the cases where the return is due to an error on our part.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

2. Refunds

Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:

• Printing errors caused by The Prestwick Printhouse.

• Items that arrive damaged due to shipping.

• Orders canceled before production begins.

Once we receive and inspect your request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

3. Reprints & Replacements

If your order has a defect or issue due to our mistake, we will offer a free reprint of the affected items. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to arrange this.

4. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for the following:

• Customer errors (e.g., typos, low-resolution images).

• Colour variations due to screen differences.

• Changes requested after production has started.

• Digital design services once work has begun.
